Dry Season Farming: Gombe in Focus. Visit to different Farms by The Commissioner of Agriculture Gombe State Hon. Dr Barnabas M Malle

In a wake up call, the Commissioner of Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Cooperatives Gombe State Hon Dr Barnabas M Malle was in an all round visit to different locations in Gombe State to identify and encourage Farmers who are engaged in dry season farming. Some of the Places visited include, Dassa, Dogon Ruwa, Cham, Yamaltu Deba, Kuntaru.

In his words, the Commissioner encouraged farmers to keep doing the good work that they are doing, and government will come in to assist them in giving them necessary things the farmers need in production of food for Gombe and the country at Large

He then went on to appreciate His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Gombe State Mohammed Inuwa Yahaya (Dan Majen Gombe) for giving him the opportunity to serve in that capacity, and that he will not fail in executing his work. The Commissioner also said the Ministry will work to serve the people of the State.
